Do I need a gym membership?
No, plans can be developed to be done at the comfort of your home with the exercise equipment that you have available or are willing to get.
I have a gym membership, but don't know what to do when I get there. Can this app help me with that?
Yes. We can develop a program that will guide you through the equipment at your gym. The exercises will provide demonstrations along with number of sets, repetitions, and rest in between.
Does it provide nutrition?
Yes. It provides nutrition coaching. The app will track your calories and macros in order to keep you in track according to your dietary needs.
